Non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.
Known limitations:
- Video captions: Some of our videos do not have captions. We are continuously working on adding them to more videos.
- Audio description: Some of our videos on this website do not have audio description.
- Courses published before July 2025 can have some issues:
- Lack of alternative txt in some images, heading, link description, table format, language attribute, and relative issues that impact the screen readers performance.
- Graphs and charts – use of colour. Some elements don’t have enough contrast.
- Drag and drop activities. Some old courses use drag & drop for engagement activities, without an alternative activity.
- Keyboard navigation (carousel and complex interactive activities). Some activities tab order could be confusing.
- PDF documents. Some downloadable documents are not fully accessible
We plan to fix the issues in the next updates of those courses.
