In this introductory course, you’ll explore the development and use of corporate mobility plans, communication tools, smart infrastructure, fairer policy and practical training. María Angélica Pérez Avendaño is a Sustainable Transport Consultant at FACTUAL Consulting in Barcelona, leading training programmes and European projects on mobility and commuting innovation. Formerly an advisor to Bogotá’s Mobility Office, she created the gamification initiative “Cuando Te Mueves Bogotá Se Mueve” and founded Red Muévete Mejor, a network of 500+ organisations promoting sustainable commuting. She holds degrees in Civil and Transport Engineering and an MSc in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam..

Module 2: Solutions for successful corporate commuting transformation.
Exploring the process of implementation and mastering the use of the four key lenses: communication, infrastructure, policies, and training. Through real examples and reflexional activities, you’ll see how to inspire behavior change, provide the right tools, and build fair mobility strategies.
Module 3: Turning ideas into action: applying real cases to drive change
Turning knowledge into reality with case studies from leading companies and cities. Walking together through the process of designing, implementing, and monitoring a real mobility plan, getting ready to tailor it to your organization’s needs.
